Terms of Service

* In order to respect the time of our clients and our staff, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Unfortunately we will not be able to serve those clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment

* We understand that emergencies and the unforeseen happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. To maintain the smooth running of the center, those customers who cancel their appointment more than once with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the reserved service on their next appointment.

* In case of missing your appointment without prior notice, you will not be allowed to book an appointment again unless you pay 10% of the value of the next reserved service in advance.

* For your comfort and safety, please notify our estheticians if you have allergies, physical problems or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during treatment, please notify our staff immediately.

* Our staff have the right to refuse to offer a service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or whose state of health may influence the effects of the service.
